Don’t Take It For Granted

Sometimes, we all forget how lucky we truly are….

If you can taste your favorite meal, move without pain, don’t take it for granted…some people can’t.

Gas prices too high? Stuck in traffic? Other drivers getting on your nerves? If you have a car, don’t take it for granted…some people don’t.

Tired of the chatter? Annoying co-workers? Wish everyone would just be quiet? If you can hear birds chirping in the morning, listen to your favorite music, don’t take it for granted…some people can’t.

Don’t like your job? Hate getting up in the morning? Don’t feel appreciated? If you have a job, don’t take it for granted…some people don’t.

Don’t like what’s for dinner? You didn’t ask for mayo on your sandwich? If you have food on the table, don’t take it for granted…some people don’t.

Had a fight with your sibling? Your cousin got on your nerves? Your parents have tough rules? Your spouse left the top off of the toothpaste tube? If you have a loving family, don’t take them for granted…some people don’t.

Didn’t get exactly what you wanted for your birthday? Your anniversary? For Christmas? If you are given anything from anyone, don’t take it for granted…some people never get anything.

Your home is too small? Your space is invaded? If you have a place to lay your head at night, don’t take it for granted…some people don’t.

If you can read this, don’t take it for granted…some people can’t.
